I had a terrible experience. They were supposed to shorten a dress. I made it clear that it needed to be a minimum of three inches above the ground, but when I got back, wearing the same shoes, I was still stepping on it. They wanted to charge me again for the second shortening. Terrible work and terrible customer service
This is the best dry cleaners! They often return money we accidentally leave in pants pockets, will get pants altered very quickly if I need it, have an extremely friendly and courteous staff and the dry cleaning is always pristine. I highly, highly recommend them.
