I'd barely give these guys 1 Star! We rent and our landlord is overseas. I guess they use that as an excuse for lousey service. They "clean" the pool to include brushing down the walls according to the checklist they leave and yet, the steps STILL have a brown film right after they leave. I can brush it off, why can't they? It's obvious they repeatedly don't do the service they claim on the check list and are contracted for. The tread keeps coming off track on the Polaris and their answer was "it's working". A Company You Can Count On – We lived in McLean for 20 years, and had a number of pool service companies, with the usual nightmare scenarios. Crystal Blue Aquatics has been the best service we have used--hands down. They are responsive, always there when you need them, and provide great service. Our pool water is always clear, the decks clean and ready to go at any time. In addition to the summer service, I would highly recommend the winter service. Best Weekly Swimming Pool Service I have had in 11 years!! – I will try to make this breif and to the point. I have been a pool owner for 11 years going on year 12. I have used a different pool company every other year just about. I have now used Crystal Blue Aquatics for the last 2 and plan to sign with them again a third time with full weekly service. Great Weekly Maintenance!! – I've been a pool owner four 16 years. Crystal blue aquatics has made the past 3, stress free. I was skeptical about the cost of weekly services during the summer but gave it a chance because the pool became to much for me to handle. I would put so much money into my pool every year to try and maintain it but it seemed like it made no difference.
