They have a limited range of hair products and constantly don't have a fully stocked selection. Oftentimes, they'll only have hair in an orange color which I personally wouldn't use for my whole head. No returns or exchanges are allowed with no exceptions. You could buy it and realize you got the wrong color or length right in their store, yet they won't accept it. They often close before the hours on their door. Friendly and extremely helpful staff. Good product selection. One bit of advice is to check expiration dates on some of the products. I purchased a hair care product this month (August) that was manufactured in 2020 and is expiring December of this year (2024). While it’s still within the date range, it’s at the end of its shelf life. I didn’t realize it until I had already used it.
Great service! The staff were great and had everything I needed.
