I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHERE TO START BECAUSE CRYSTAL WAS EXPECTIONAL SHE TAKES HER TIME WITH EDUCATING YOU ON YOUR SKIN I SUFFER WITH IN GROWN HAIR AND HYPERPIGMENTATION SHE WENT INTO DETAILS WITH EVERYTHING INCUDING HOW MY HAIR PULLS SHOWS HER THAT MY HAIR IS GROWING A CERTAIN WAY I MEAN SHE'S JUST PHENOMENAL AND MY WAX DIDN'T EVEN HURT AND I HATE PAIN I RATE THIS EXPERIENCE 100000/10
