if i could put a 0 rating i would , night shift front desk worker was extremely ignorant and refused any help with our room situation, our tv wouldn’t work and all we asked for was directions or assistance when we called front desk ,the lady kept saying ok and hanging up (6 times to be exact) i had to walk to the lobby and even then when i was explaining my issue i got “ the tv works there’s nothing else i can tell you “ response from her…i would not spend money on a place that can’t even give simple instructions because the... read more

I'm late in posting this but Thank You Crystal Beach for a great 2025 vacation season. We visit Ocean City at least 6 times a year and each time we stay at Crystal Beach. They have two buildings to choose from. One that sits on the boardwalk and the other just one block back. Both have amazing views. The rooms are always clean as are both buildings. Stop by the front desk and say hi to Tammie, Jeff, and Saundra. They treat us like family and always go out of there way to make sure our stay is perfect. We're looking forword t... read more

Staff was excellent! Kind and knowledgeable about the area. Location couldn’t be beat. View was better than expected as we had a side view room. Loved our sweet little balcony!

We stayed at this hotel in July 2025. Trust these poor reviews. The place is a dump. The rooms are dirty, musty. Linens were not clean. Room felt damp. Bathroom was disgusting. They may have great pics posted, but beware. Its close to the beach and boardwalk, but totally not worth staying at this hotel.

My room seemed clean, upon first walking in. However, It was quickly discovered that the room was not as pictured on the "Crystal Beach Hotel" advertisement. The first thing I noticed was the remote control (See image) It looked as if the remote had had BBQ sauce spilled on it, and not cleaned correctly. There was a film of sticky residue, left behind.
