Staff was excellent! Kind and knowledgeable about the area. Location couldn’t be beat. View was better than expected as we had a side view room. Loved our sweet little balcony!
We stayed at this hotel in July 2025. Trust these poor reviews. The place is a dump. The rooms are dirty, musty. Linens were not clean. Room felt damp. Bathroom was disgusting. They may have great pics posted, but beware. Its close to the beach and boardwalk, but totally not worth staying at this hotel.
My room seemed clean, upon first walking in. However, It was quickly discovered that the room was not as pictured on the "Crystal Beach Hotel" advertisement. The first thing I noticed was the remote control (See image) It looked as if the remote had had BBQ sauce spilled on it, and not cleaned correctly. There was a film of sticky residue, left behind. Bad policies
Nice and clean. Slow check-in. Very firm beds. Somewhat uncomfortable. But others may prefer. Not enough luggage carts in both buildings. No additional entertainment or food svc on premises in late season.
