Rooms comfortable. Needs some updating. 2 pools that were chilly. One is boardwalk side other is street side with Barracudas bar & grill. Plenty of parking. View from ocean front room is fabulous!
Crystal beach hotel needs updated severely and steam cleaned. The sliding glass door took 2 of us women to open and shut. Track was filthy needs wd40. Had to fix lamp on the wall. Air conditioner was so so. Would be nice if it was updated more so. The pool on boardwalk needs cleaned more too small of pool to not be daily maintenance.
Love this hotel, and the staff is amaZing!
