We had no hot water after repeatedly calling front desk. Everyone was polite but not being able to take a hot shower at the beach is awful.
When we went to check into our hotel we were told that Expedia.com had canceled our reservation back in August even though on Expedia.com it still says right now that it is still confirmed and when we called Expedia.com to figure out what happened, the hotel told them that we had called on August 4th and had told the hotel we wanted to cancel our reservation due to an emergency. If we canceled our reservation why would we show up on the day of check in? And now we have spent another $950 on a new hotel and we have been fight... read more
