went for the gold coast marathon, the location was really good and so was the services. i didn’t interact much with the workers but they were all very lovely. the gym was good and had most of the equipment i use. the room was pretty good, however it was a little dirty when we came in, there was past visitors things on top of the fridge that looked quite gross. the master bedroom was good except for the fact that under the bed looks like it has never been vacuumed… overall i think that the stay was quite good.
I have stayed at Crystal Bay on the Broadwater numerous amount of times, and it's honestly one of my most favouritable places to just relax and enjoy the experience with friends or family
Rooms are spacious. The beds are very comfortable. Great location for seaworld and shops.
