THE WORST TO GET THROUGH FOR ACCESS TO SERVICE A/C EQUIPMENT
I see lot of hates here but the complex is cool. People are really good. It all depends I guess how your Neighbour is. It’s just pure luck. But if you renting through home river, please do yourself a favor and find other units not managed by them. They just a huge corporation and still a mess when it comes to accounting. There are no words or stars to describe the Poor Management, Maintenance and HOA. Enough said. It's too bad people that own don't stand up to these people. I'm a renter over 8 yrs, so I get no say.
