After living in my home for 1 and a half year, I woke up to a huge leak right by the window in my Master Bedroom. I put a warranty claim in and Neal who is the construction superintendent came to my house to look at it. He told me it’s no longer under warranty and I should put Silicone caulking along the window cracks and get someone to replace the baseboard… I didn’t inspect the master bedroom windows and now have seen that the windows have been patched with silicone caulking.
