We bought a house in Lindsay last year that was in need of updating. We finally got to the master bath this spring. We stopped into Crystal bath and plumbing just to see what they had available for tiles. From the moment we entered Angie and Chris were incredibly helpful and easy to speak with. Their showroom is well stocked with lots of options. Angie was especially helpful in coming up with options to resolve a design and tile layout issue we encountered. Ordered faucets about a year ago. Finally thought I would write a review. Yes a year later! . Determined she over sold me something that was of lower quality but high price. ( Son is a plumber, he knows best! ) Before delivery I canceled. She was not willing to give me back my deposit until I said I would call Visa to complain and she really became extremely rude.
