Such a pleasure dealing with Angie, Chris and the crew that make up Crystal Bath. From choosing products and all the finishes to having everything installed, Crystal Bath is the perfect one stop shop! Hired this company in September 2023 to complete all the plumbing needs when we purchased a home and did a total renovation. Paid them close to $20k including a new water treatment system. In the beginning they were on time, pleasant and professional. I thought we had done well hiring a local company. In the Spring of 2024 I went to hook up the outdoor tap Crystal Plumbing had installed and it leaked. I advised Chris about this. When we had an issue with no hot water in our shower I called Crystal Bath and Plumbing. Chris (owner) promptly sent out a plumber to fix the issue. I was impressed with the speed and professionalism of the fix. Naturally when it was time to do a full washroom reno., I called Chris. Extremely rude customer service. I have never been talked to so unprofessional in my lifetime. My husband and I just finished building our beautiful 5600sq lake front cottage in tne Kawartha lakes. Shopping around for some estimates. Friends who have used them not happy with there job, unreliable and from my disgusting rude experience with this woman there, I will definitely bring my business else where.
We have had 2 bathrooms renovated by this business, unfortunately we paid for the work before completion. The trim, toilet and vanity are not installed properly and no repair work in over 8 weeks. The downstairs bathroom was not completed and they have not been back in over 6 weeks. This business continues to makes excuses as to why the work is not done right the first time. Numerous deficiencies. Considering the price, the quality of detail is lacking.
