Hired this company in September 2023 to complete all the plumbing needs when we purchased a home and did a total renovation. Paid them close to $20k including a new water treatment system. In the beginning they were on time, pleasant and professional. I thought we had done well hiring a local company. In the Spring of 2024 I went to hook up the outdoor tap Crystal Plumbing had installed and it leaked. I advised Chris about this. When we had an issue with no hot water in our shower I called Crystal Bath and Plumbing. Chris (owner) promptly sent out a plumber to fix the issue. I was impressed with the speed and professionalism of the fix. Naturally when it was time to do a full washroom reno., I called Chris.
