Our wedding at Crystal Ballroom Beach Place on November 2, 2024, was deeply disappointing and mishandled. While Sergio was kind and professional, the staff’s execution of our event was disorganized, careless, and far from what was promised in our contract. We were told we’d have both a banquet captain and a day-of coordinator, but only had one person juggling both roles.
