First time using them and we had them clean our very large master suite. Not only did they show up 10 minutes early And do an excellent job at an excellent price they finished five minutes earlier than they said they would and were neat as a pin. The two staffers that they sent were polite and seemed knowledgeable and receptive to questions. We'll definitely use them going forward without question.
We have these guys out twice a year. Wonderful job and the house smells amazing when they are done.

Update 10/2023: I have tried other carpet cleaning companies and can say without a doubt crystal ball is the best. They are the best hands down for pet stains and odors. 10/2022: Crystal ball does an amazing job. Carpets are very clean and smell great. Dries very quickly. Highly recommend this company.
