Helped me out really well.
I spent over one hour on hold and spoke to three reps before I could report a power outage at my home. It wasn’t even a human who helped me report it, I did it through an automated process. My internet is still out, I have no confirmation whether it’s being fixed, and I need to go to work. Update: this company has the worst customer service I’ve ever interacted with.
