Unreliable service. I’ve never experienced so many outages and/or latency with an Internet provider.

I have had this service for almost four months now and at least once or twice a month it goes on and there’s an outage I feel that we should get a free month or two because paying 80 dollars a month is kinda bullshit when it goes out all the time

A PBB tech, Matthew came to my residence to address a disruption in my service. He was prompt, friendly, and professional. Matthew quickly determined the issue and resolve it. He answered all of my questions and even helped troubleshoot an issue with my network that ended up being unrelated to Point's service or equipment. Now my internet connectivity is even better than before! A+++

I used to have no issues with the internet However, the last six months or so have been pretty frustrating. Multiple outages this week, with little or no explanation. I've been given different information regarding the outages by different people on the same day (via chat and phone). It seems as if not a a single person is on the same page as the other It was a total guessing game last Friday, as to why my internet was out, an one person insisted there wasn't an outage and that it was my router (a router that I rent from PB)... read more
