Gave a price over the phone. They waited until 2 hours before installation to say they didn’t have that glass and the one they have is 2x as much. Bait & Switch!
Gave a price over the phone. The day they were to arrive, the doubled the price.When I told them about it, they laughed at me and told me there is nothing I could do about it.
The Bait & Switch happened to me. They gave me a price and told me they could install for me in 2 days. The morning of installation, they told me they don’t have the glass and the price increased by $200. Then they laughed at me and said they always do this and people just pay it. Why??
