Basir and his team were very professional and gave a very reasonable price to fix the scratches and dents on my car. They took really good care of the car and made sure everything was perfect before I left. I will never go anywhere else in the Bay Area, very satisfied with the service and the professionalism. Basir was very nice and even lent his own car for me to go wait at a nearby Starbucks until my car was done as I arrived a bit early , these little things really do make it a great experience.
I took my Tesla Y to Crystal Auto Body to repair the front bumper and 3 fenders after a car accident. Basir and his brother did a wonderful job, they fixed the car in a few days despite they were busy and my tesla looks brand new, they charged much less than other body shop quoted me. The first day when I dropped my car just before the lunch time Basir offered me a ride to my work he was a nice guy. The end result was great and I liked how the car looks clean and new. I will definitely refer them to my friends.

Basir and Nasir are true professionals. They've been doing it for 30 plus years and genuinely know what they are doing. Friendly, communicative and willing to work with you to make sure you are taken care of! I took my BRZ in to get a new bumper paint matched and they did a fantastic job with 3 stage pearl white which is practically the hardest color to match. So glad I found them!! Thank you!!
Amazing job done here. Had a simple scratch and went to caliber collision for am estimate, and was told a ridiculous price for just the removal of the bumper cover and repainting, and they said they'll inspect the bumper for any structural damage. Went through the same process here at Crystal Auto, and they were much better in terms of pricing breakdown and doing estimate on the car. Guy actually checked behind the bumper cover during the estimate to see if there's any likely structural damage instead of putting it off later... read more
