Outstanding Shop, Don't judge the book by the cover. My car was pretty wrecked last year, they fix it, and after 1 year, NOT 1 problem has come up. They fixed it and fixed it Right!
Owner Mark is like a lawyer. Great while getting your business, makes tons of promises...but never delivers...just try and get hold of him afterward. Ducks calls, refuses to return calls....waffles on delivery dates. Not reliable. No way I'll ever do business with this guy again. I would never recommend this shop to my friends, family or neighbors.
Came in as a CUSTOMER left as a FRIEND – Highly recommend Crystal Auto Body. (815-444-7466) For auto body repair my overall experience was great. Staff did great work, at a great price and Mark Simonsen the owner is a business man of high integrity. Everything was delivered beyond expectations. Without question would do business here again. Thanks Mark and Staff.
Awesome place of Ethics – Who ever this other guy is complaining must be on drugs. Let me tell you I own Klein Renovation. We own several trucks, that are bumped and dinged all season long. Mark and his staff have been A+ people. They pick up and drop off all of our vehicles. They never over billed us. They are always on time. Most of my work is between 100-500 in work. So no job is to small. We also have had three insurance claims, and Marks staff negotiated the whole claim. I maybe a General Contractor but I like my trucks... read more
Great Service – Staff is very friendly. Not the best looking shop, but they do wonderful work. They rented a car for me during repairs. Very satisfied
Dont trust your car here – I broght my car in to get fixed after a minor accident. Trusting they know what there doing but I was wrong. All that need fixed was a tail light, simple job right?? not for them.. They installed it wrong. Everytime it rained my car would flood with 2 inches of water. I broght it back and they are trying to charge $50.00 to re-fix there mistake and refuse to clean or replace the carpets they ruined.
