I had an appointment set for specific day and time, upon arrival, they told me to come back another day, came back, the owner told me he had other cars on the lift so to come back again, I called before arrival, the owner told me to come, I went he was working on another car, he said he’ll be done in 20-30 minutes, I patiently waited in my car, still gave extra time, he was still working on the same car, so I simply asked him how much longer, he then looked at me very angrily and started SHOUTING EXPLICITS at me ‘the paying ... read more

Excellent service!! Very reliable Mechanic, this has been my go to place for the past 4 years. I never had a reoccurring issued with my vechile. If you want a reliable car get a reliable mechanic best auto shop in NJ.

I dropped my car off in the morning to get the bumper fixed. Came back in the afternoon and saw my vehicle in the car wash across the street. My first thought was, why is my car across the street? Turns Out Steve (the owner) had taken the car to the car wash himself. My vehicle pulled up sparkling!! I was a fan for life in an instant. Later on, a lady dropped by and Steve asked his assistant to give her back $100 dollars because the parts cost less than he had written in an estimate.
