Great service. Wonderful to deal with. Had 2 days without power (no heat, wzter, lights) after a snow storm. Got power back. Next morning had no heat or water. Called Crystal Air. Tom came up fixed the water problem and got the furnace running. Later still no heat. He came back a second time and got the heat going. This happened on a Sunday. He was very friendly and helpful and kept working on the furnace until he got heat for us. Would give him a 10 if it were possible.
very very bad management 100% do not recommend this company rudest and most disgusting customer service ive ever experienced they made my house smell like burning rubber and didn’t even wanna come back and see what was wrong snd didn’t refund me my money back dont get scammed!!!!!!
