Had an appointment set for yesterday and confirmed via text. Company did not show up and when we texted them to ask they said they were on another job dealing with someone without heat and said they might be able to come the next day. We had a schedule appointment, the least they could have done is call us to say they were not coming and apologize. No updates, texts, phone calls. Overall bad customer service...
Brian and his team at Crystal Air are incredibly professional and reliable. Our ductwork was very old and needed to be replaced. They custom-built the new ductwork and installed it all in the same day! We also had issues with the exhaust for both condensation and heat, and they rerouted everything to make it much more efficient — and with a much cleaner look. Highly recommend their work!
