Was looking for an RV spot to rent. This place was over priced and looked like a run down property. They have an application process like you are renting an apartment instead of just a concrete pad. Several empty RV pads. I guess they don't need the business.
Rent keeps raising, and the management doesn't take care of trimming shrubs or cleaning up their junk campers.
I moved in, not knowing the home, had a roach infestation in the walls,.. I couldn’t take more than a three minute shower before it would overflow into my entire bathroom. I will clean it up and put it in the washer and the washer would leak from the back.. maintenance is only there on Tuesdays so I had to wait for them to do absolutely nothing to fix it.
