Rent keeps raising, and the management doesn't take care of trimming shrubs or cleaning up their junk campers.

I moved in, not knowing the home, had a roach infestation in the walls,.. I couldn’t take more than a three minute shower before it would overflow into my entire bathroom. I will clean it up and put it in the washer and the washer would leak from the back.. maintenance is only there on Tuesdays so I had to wait for them to do absolutely nothing to fix it. I was looking up places for long term. From what I read, it's all very old, but the satellite pictures show a very sloppy park. I can understand a trailer, shed, outside furniture. Each site has the trailers just thrown in there with stuff everywhere. Can't tell where a site ends or starts. The pictures y'all have are of everything but the park.
