She’s great. Very understanding , she listens and she cares about her patients. Dr. Brogan always ensures that you are comfortable and she isn’t hard to reach like most doctors. I have nothing bad to say about her services for 6plus years.
Dr brogan is amazing . The front desk is very unprofessional tho it’s unfortunate.
As a pregnant person, I would assume that I would at least have access to a receptionist during regular business hours. These people have left me on hold over 20 mins just to make an appointment after the DOCTOR cancelled on three different occasions. No one has contacted me to make an appointment. This place lacks the professionalism and staff to take care of pregnant women. Awful experience! Wouldn’t recommend!
I've seen Dr. Brogan several times during my second pregnancy at the Springfield location. She's been on time, attentive, friendly, and informative. I highly recommend both Dr. Brogan and this practice.
Dr. Brogan and her staff and professional, patient, and above all kind. I'm so grateful that I went to her for both my pregnancies.
