I had used the sauna here several times before and enjoyed it. Last week, I booked a sauna session online, received appointment confirmation, and promptly was charged $50. The day of my appointment, I received 2 text reminders. However, when I arrived for my appointment (a 20 minute drive) I saw the place was closed, with a sign saying it would open again in 3 months. I researched cryotherapy for years, but never tried it. Suffered an injury last week and wanted to try localized cryotherapy to alleviate some of the pain. Great experience trying this treatment for the first time for our teenage daughter. Very knowledgeable and caring staff, easy to get an appointment, and very happy with and impressed by services and results.
Just a calming, soothing, professional young lady in the reception area answering phones and setting up appointments. This was a blessing to experience in these times when you don't know what you're going to get on the front line. Thank you.🙂
