I had my first Cryosession yesterday. 3 minutes in the chamber was intense at 1st but I finished the session and couldn’t feel better! I had so much energy afterwards, slept well last night (in a long time) woke up this morning feeling GREAT & Energized! Normally this isn’t how I wake up…EVER!! I can’t wait for my next visit!
Healing vibes abound here. Custom massage therapy and specific muscle stretching by people that genuinely care. Not just cold therapy. The steam pod is like the movie Cocoon with aloe enrichment to relax and repair a weary body and overstimulated mind.
There is absolutely zero excuse not to go in. Between the cryochamber, the hydration pod, and expert massage therapists this place has everything you could possibly need to relax!!!!!
