I sent my wife to get an oil change for one of our company vehicles. We had a coupon that we received in the mail, which included an oil change and a tire rotation. However, they never bothered to rotate the tires. That was disappointing because the tire rotation was part of the service advertised in the coupon. Based on our experience, this may not be the best place to take your vehicle for regular maintenance or manufacturer-recommended services. Brought in my 2016 Jaguar XJL as it had developed an hard-to-pinpoint rattle as well as persistent brake noise. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish. My car had to be towed in because of a wrecked throw out bearing, they handled it and had it fixed the next day. When a need for additional parts arose the explanation was clear and concise, and pictures were even provided. At every step in the process I felt confident in the quality of the work being performed on my WRX. The recommended clutch and flywheel upgrade also have the car driving better than it ever has. The parts and service were worth every penny.
