Worst experience ever. After calling we drove 45 minutes to Cryothrive. After completing their paperwork the owner told us the machine was "turned off for an upgrade" by their parent company in California and that they couldn't restart it. She then just turned her back on us and walked away.
Phenomenal service and attention to the customer. The Cryotherapy really makes a physical difference you can feel immediately.
So glad we stopped in and did a cryotherapy session at Cryo Thrive. The place was clean and the cryotherapy was the full walk-in Cryo and not the nitrogen Cryo. I felt like I had 20 espressos without all the jitters. The owner, Lauren was very informative and helpful. I will always make this a stop in Fredericksburg,TX.
