I just had my first Lymphatic Drainage Therapy and infrared session today at Cyro Strong. I left feeling very relaxed and am excited to come back to use all sorts of other equipment to increase my energy levels, work on reducing bloating and overall wellbeing. I met with Angelo, the owner and he answered all my questions and took the time to show me all around. He is very personable. The best part, my work benefits will cover most of my sessions and I can’t wait to book more sessions!

Angelo and his team are amazing!! I'm extremely grateful for the overall experience and service offerings ( pmf, and red-light) modalities incorporated into my physio has been beneficial in my overall recovery and wellness journey. I've seen significant improvement since have started physio here. Remaining consistent with the modalities balanced with lifestyle adjustment definitely helps!!!

They truly know so much about wellness and the science behind these treatments! I recently visited CryoStrong and had an excellent experience. Angelo, the owner, was incredibly thorough from start to finish. He took the time to explain the entire cryotherapy process, and all of their energy healing modalities. I started at Cryo Strong because I was curious about Cryo Therapy & its benefits. Angelo & team have been incredibly knowledgeable about all of the modalities here. I’m coming every week and believe the recovery I’m gaining each time helps me push farther and do more in my gym sessions and in my life. A huge thank you!! If you’re thinking about trying it… do it.
