This place is awesome!!!! Had compression therapy on my hips and legs as well as the cryotherapy. Jordan and Austin we extremely helpful, made the process super comfortable, and answered all my questions. Not to mention how friendly they were from the moment I opened the door. You HAVE to try it!!
Jordan was very friendly and made the whole experience seem inviting. If I lived closer I might consider it. That being said- and this is a problem with all of these types of companies- the package is just too expensive. Frostfire is the most affordable too, as the place by me tries to charge a whopping $349. Madness. Not sure how these business models will sustain themselves. Cryo is an interesting concept, but having done both cryo and ice baths, you get a lot more benefit from an Icebath. At any rate. If I were to do it, ... read more
Great place for recovery, compression and cold and hot treatments. All the staff are knowledgeable and engaging.
I work here, but that doesn't mean I am bias. Love everyone here customers and coworkers, such a loving home!!
