I survived and OMG it was amazing. I did the full 3 minutes at -213 degrees. Better than an ice bath any day. I love this place. Customer service is outstanding. They are patient and informative. Come check them out. I am coming back in one week.
This place is GREAT I've been going though a lot of medical issues for the last ten years and I've tried almost everything and Aqua therapy helps but so does this Cryo Center in Cedar Hill, Tx Directed by Brian Wesley & his team they are very professional then do everything possible to take care of their clients & are available 24/7... by appointment only after7 Mon-Sat & on Sunday so go on by before seven or give them a call they WILL take care of you...I LOVE this place my new addiction
It was an amazing experience! The aches and pains from injuries over time have been so annoying but from my first session I feel relieved already. I’ll be back next week for sure

I had my first Cryo yesterday after attending bootcamp classes. OMG, the leg/hip compression was wonderful. I feel so much better and had the best sleep ever lastnight. The staff is super friendly, very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I would recommend them to anybody. I'm going back for my second treatment this week.
