In my opinion, Pricing packages are meant to take advantage of the public. You must cancel in person. Will not accept phone cancellations. They know people will forget to cancel following returning from a vacation and are busy catching up at work so the automatic renewal kicks in. The new manager at this location is fabulous as are the other girls. The Cryoluxe is hands down the best. This facility is clean and upkept. I highly recommend Unlimited Tan/Cryoluxe Lockport. Thank you, Diane H.
