Living Lux is great place to get a nice relaxing sweat in the sauna! I also love the red light therapy and cannot wait to try the Cryo and other options available. This location is very clean and relaxing. Wayne, the owner, is very kind, friendly and knowledgeable about all their services and offerings. We had the spa day the day before our wedding reception in Asbury Park. We tried the cryo- and red light therapies, sauna, hydromassage and the facial. It was a very refreshing and remarkable experience for us and our wedding party. Everyone at the Living Lux was very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be booking more session going forward.
