Booked Cryolabs as part of a day of basketball festivities and celebrations. Ian went above and beyond for us as a group - and the experience was amazing! It certainly soothed a few aching bodies and helped with our post playing recovery. Can’t wait to go back.
World class facilities. I have found Cryotherapy very beneficial from initial recovery from an ACL injury and have accelerated my pre-rehabilitation prior to surgery and have left physio's stunned at my progress of knee extension and flexion and lack of swelling considering the recency of the injury. Will continue to use Cryolabs as a key tool pre and post ACL reconstruction surgery.

After just 1 localised session, I noticed a dramatic improvement in my pain levels and mobility. The treatment left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, and I’m now able to move without discomfort. just finished a full month of cryotherapy after struggling to recover from knee replacement surgery 7 months ago. I can now walk 5 miles a day comfortably after finding it difficult to walk any distance before cryotherapy & can't recommend it highly enough, for anyone with any kind of sports injury. I'd definitely use it again if needed
