Booked a consultation for EMS Medisculp. Arrived at my appointment on time, no introduction by the person conducting the consultation, which was carried out in the reception area. I gave a brief explanation as to why I wanted this treatment done. What followed next was a disorganised barrage of information on additional treatments that I didnt want, special offers and membership options. Great experience, Ruth and Lara were very helpful with the treatments I had, and explained everything; the whole body cryo was very energising and the local cryo has really helped my injury.
Very professional staff. From the moment I walked in I could tell that I was going to be looked after. I had the luxury facial with algae face mask. It was very refreshing and my face felt lovely afterwards, and still does. Laura who did my treatment was an absolute delight and certainly knew her stuff. Not only that, she was chatty and cheerful and by the time I left I felt I'd had a top treatment and some laughter therapy too! Fabulous place and great staff.
