First I would like to say that Mercedes and I had a wonderful conversation about everything. She was more than informative about how the procedure works along with the pricing packages. We established a nice relationship. When I arrive at the Everett location, Kate greeted me and walked me through the process. She was very polite and very nice to talk to. I look forward to my next visits.

Kate in the Everett location was amazing! My first time there, she made me feel very comfortable. Kate answered all my questions with not just answers, she shared with me an extensive amount of knowledge to back it all up. Kate was motivational, cheery, positive and made me feel good about myself!

Had my first cryoslimming appointment with Katie and had a wonderful experience! Katie was knowledgeable, kind and very realistic about what to expect with the these treatments. I ended up purchasing 10 sessions and very much look forward to seeing how they can assist in my goals.
