The office lady was extremely rude and, in my opinion, lacked both leadership and customer service skills. It made for a disappointing experience. On the other hand, Alex from shipping/receiving was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. He made a positive impression and deserves recognition for his excellent attitude.
