I went to CryoDen Health and Wellness because I was having pain in my shoulders and hands. After just a few visits, my pain improved significantly. Bob is very attentive, really listens to your concerns, and takes the time to guide you toward the best treatment for your needs. I felt cared for and confident in the process. Highly recommend.

I started going to cryoden a couple of years ago. I was curious of the benefits of doing cryo so when the owners suggested I do 45 mins in the sauna and then go into the cryo right after, that’s what I booked. I will tell you it was such a shock to the body going from super hot to icy cold but for weeks after that my body felt great and mentally I felt zen.
