We have had two successes using them! They have the sweetest staff and our 3 year old absolutely loves going to visit and he has the best time hanging out with the staff. They’ve made this process easy and painless, some of the sweetest people I’ve ever met! If you’re in the hunt for IUI, IVF, or any other fertility, I highly recommend using them!

Its clearly obvious that these people play games and hang out in the office with nothing to do all day. They change their voice with you and attitude and let go of the best men that will end up keeping them busy. So if your baby isn't what you wanted and who you thought it would look like it would be the two women who are to blame. One of which schedules and works with the woman in the office to push the good donors away while they play around unsupervised. I have had a great experience with Cryobio! The staff is so kind and helpful and set-up an in-person appointment to discuss the process and making it a lot easier as well as answering all my a million questions over e-mail. The online portal was very easy to use and looking forward to starting a family.
As a prospective donor I was treated extremely poorly and disrespectfully at Cryobio. One of their representatives actually flat-out lied to me about an important issue over the phone, and they have thus far failed to hand over medical records which I have requested. While requesting clarification, I was stonewalled. If they treat their donors this badly, it's hard to imagine that their recipients are treated much better.
