Had an appointment, yhet sent out an serveral reminder emails and text. I arrive at my appointment 15min early. No one is here, I called several times no answer. It's now seven minutes past my appointment time and the door is still locked and the lights are out. This is very inconsiderate of someone time I was referred here.

I love it! The Cryo is amazing. The atmosphere is perfect. Olivia is awesome
First time - Loved it! The cryotherapy is Cold, YES, but the staff (Olivia was working when I visited) preps you and helps to distract you during the quick 3 minute session. It was intense, but awesome -- mind over body, and then a great rush once you're done. It was thrilling and relaxing! Will be back for more cryo sessions, as well as the normatec / compression treatments. Very clean and welcoming space! Also, feeling extra energetic and focused a few hours after my session. Love it!
If you are an athlete, weekend warrior, or anyone looking to feel and move better then this place has something for you, I have tried the oxygen bar, cyro, and massage chair and excited to try the compression sleeves on my next visit. The cyrotherapy is brought me here and I am glad it did. Thanks Olivia
