Everything about Cryo1 is 5 stars! The therapy itself has helped me with chronic injuries, inflammation, recovery, and overall wellness! Went to the Plano location off Legacy. Completely burned my skin. I have a terrible burn on my arm. This was my first time ever using cryo and now my entire arm is messed up and all I was told was to come get some cream. My Dr. says some of the scarring may be permanent. I am so hurt and upset about the lack of empathy I received. BE CAREFUL!!!!
I’ve been a client of Cryo1one since Feb 2016 and it has helped me so much. In addition to reducing whole-body inflammation and muscle soreness, energizes me for the day or helps me sleep at night. The 3 minutes you spend in the cryo chamber are the best spent of your day. I’m able to recover quicker from workouts and long nights out!
