I just started Cryotherapy a few weeks ago, it really helps with the back pain I have from a herniated disc. My biggest indicator of how well it works was when I had a crick in my neck the other day and could hardly check my blindspots when driving. I stopped off for cryo and the crick was immediately gone. I can't say it really did much for me. I think I got more benefits on the concept of " cold protein" going to Barton springs then thawing out in the sun. Think I'll just put some ice in my bath and jump in or run outside when it get colder and safe my money.

I absolutely love Cryo SA! I went in for a rib injury that had caused me pain for over 2 months. After one month of cryotherapy the pain was gone! I’m a huge believer and now make it a part of my fitness/health routine!
