Just visited Cryo Rolls for the first time, and I’m wondering why nobody forced me to come here sooner. If you’ve never had rolled ice cream before, watching them make it is almost as entertaining as eating it. Almost. There’s something oddly satisfying about seeing the ice cream spread across the freezing plate, chopped up, rolled into perfect little spirals, and somehow looking way fancier than the ice cream I usually destroy straight from the carton at home.
