The Zone has many different theraputics. These have helped in after surgery recoveries with inflammation. Staff if knowledgeable, friendly and helpful
I went in to try out the leg compression, red light therapy, and the cold plunge the week of my fight, and my body felt the best it has in months. The staff is very friendly and helpful, I don’t think I would have been able to do 5 minutes in the cold plunge if Sean hadn’t helped distract me. I definitely recommend the leg compression, my legs had been sore for weeks and this had them feeling so much more relaxed.
First time here for infrared sauna. Great people, knowledgeable and friendly. Super clean and inviting. Excited to learn more and try the various services. Thanks!
