Great, knowledgeable, and energetic team! Since I've been coming here, I've lost some weight and gained muscle. I love what they have to offer- cold plunge, vasper, Arx, flowpresso, cooling bed, nano vi, and red light sauna.The team pushing me. I like iteven though I complain at times. 😆 It's hard to believe that I've been coming here for almost 3 years. Thanks again, Caleb, Will, Rich, Danielle, and my name sake Jeffrey. Thanks too the other staff for your friendly hospitality. Keep up the good work everyone.
