Love this place! After cancer it’s the perfect place to come to regain my strength. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful!
I was looking for the place that would get my body moving again. I found Peak Vitality! After only a few weeks, I feel different, better, stronger, invigorated and motivated. They listened to me, asked the right questions and designed their services around me. And, mostly, they make me feel welcome while keeping me focused at the same time! Love Peak Vitality. The employees really care about the way you feel. An atmosphere that is so encouraging. I have slept so much better and today is only my fourth time coming. Give it a try, you’ll love it. True magic.
I am leaving a second updated review of Peak Vitality in Shelby, NC. My personal experience has made it possible for me to gain strength, fitness, as well as an overall sense of wellbeing and accomplishment (for an older woman). The staff are excellent. Thanks to Caleb for detailed instruction for Vasper and ARX. Gained 3 pounds muscle the first 3 weeks and weight stayed the same. Great place!!!
