It was my first Cryotherapy experience. I exercise 4 times a week and was looking for help with my recovery. As soon I walked into Cryo-Central I was greeted by a friendly staff member. This location was extremely clean. Then, I was led into the room where the dry ice chamber was located. The cryo specialist was knowledgeable and explained the whole process.
