Terrible company to deal with and very unprofessional. I ordered 5 items from them and after not receiving any news from them for two months, I finally called to be told that they had never shipped or even processed my order. Yet, they had charged my credit card for my initial order. I spoke with Richard 'Customer Service Representative" who couldn't really give me a straight answer and not even provide me with a coupon or a discount for the over two months delay.
