The agency as a whole is great, but Keziah Israel is the absolute worst to deal with. Every time I reach out, she schedules her emails to send 2 minutes before the end of the day making it impossible to resolve any issues. She is unhelpful and short in her interactions, and because of her refusal to answer emails or to respond with a call during the day you really don't get anywhere unless you call Nationwide directly.
