DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. They never respond to emails or are available on the phone. I was constantly dealing with the homeowner for all maintenance issues (who had no idea what she was doing). They nickel and dime you with a million little fees. Really, do not rent from this company. Go with a local company who cares about people and their own reputation.
IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY ZERO STARS I WOULD. THEY KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT EVEN THO ALL THE CRITERIA HAVE BEEN MET IN YOUR LEASE WITH PICTURES. THEY TRY TO CHANGE THE MEANING OF THE LEASE LEASE AGREEMENT. THE MANAGER LINDA AYERS AND MOVE OUT INSPECTOR DEE JONES ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THE MAINTENANCE REQUESTED ON THE PROPERTY NEVER GETS DONE AND THEY LOST THEIR KEY TO THE PROPERTY. THE OWNER TOLD US THEY KEPT OUR RENT FOR OVER 2 WEEKS EVERY MONTH BEFORE THEY WOULD SEND IT TO HIM.
