Required to use by my carrier unfortunately. They have yet to fill one of my prescriptions correctly thus far. First time they provided one month supply instead of three. Second time I had to call repeatedly to get them to fill. Third time, they again provide one month instead of three. I've asked for specific ship dates in order to receive the shipments on days I am home (as they are perishable) and they say they can, but never actually do. I have been using this company for one of my prescriptions for close to two years. I have never had any issues. They are always polite and helpful, and my prescription has always shipped and arrived without issue.
Total garbage. I have been trying for a month to get my RX renewed. No one from their office attempts to contact me and tell me what is going in or that they cannot get a response from my doctor. My company switched to this pharmacy in Jan. I've been able to get refills only 3 times so far. Incompetent. I should not have to be doing all the work. That's what they are paid for.
This place is trash. I hate that my insurance insist on going through this company for my diabetes medication. Everytime my doctor electronically sends or faxes my prescription they always say they didn't get it! I'm truly frustrated with these incompetent people!
