This place is trash. I hate that my insurance insist on going through this company for my diabetes medication. Everytime my doctor electronically sends or faxes my prescription they always say they didn't get it! I'm truly frustrated with these incompetent people!
CRX Specialty Pharmacy the is the processor and shipper and its affiliated with RX Compass the decision maker and works hard d to deny your claim. Both are owned by Liviniti Insurance which my company recently switched to for our prescription drugs. They have a $250 deductible per individual on drugs before that pay you a dime. 3 weeks no meds. They charged my bank account. Everytime I call they say they will ship it. I am at a loss on what to do. This is who my insurance requires me to use. I am so ticked off. Bout ready to find a private insurance and pay triple just to have my meds on a regular basis.
No website for refills, are we living in the dark ages
This company is the worst! Customer service is incompetent. I've been without my medication for over a week now and they keep saying they are going to ship it and every time I call they have an excuse. First time they were waiting for my Dr. then my insurance. But no one communicated with me so I could follow up with my Dr and insurance.
