Unreliable. He gets 2 stars because he did outlets for us in the past and he is likeable. However, for some lighting work we had to chase him to get a quote (no showed then showed up), then chase his to get an appointment (2 emails, 2 calls) to which he never returns emails or follows up on calls. We went elsewhere.
Chris helped us resolve an issue we were having with our recessed lights. His work was great and he was prompt/very responsive. 10/10 would recommend
