The Roanoke location has great service! I needed some mandelrel bends and they had everything I needed and then some. The staff was knowledgeable on what would work an what wouldn't. I'll be buying from them again.
The norfolk location is a bunch of rude unhappy people. AND FOR GOD SAKE PUT A SIGN OF SOME SORT ON YOUR BUILDING. Not a very good experience.
