Efficient and responsive. Quality and promptly delivered parts. However, the parts arrived with no info on: part names, quantitity, or assembly directions. While not complicated, knowing the proper mounting points, etc. are important. (Watched a YouTube that showed CFMotoCanada provided a nice set of instructions.)
