Adriana was amazing! She saved the day and my wedding dress. In 2024 I ordered my wedding dress from a different bridal shop and my delivery date was In May 2025. I never heard from that shop in May. I said maybe there was a delay I’ll give it some time before I call. Again, I never heard from the bridal shop. I called the shop in June and no answer, multiple times. Adriana gave me a booty! I found the dress of my dreams at Cruz’s Bridal, and Adriana worked tirelessly to tailor it so it fit my body in all the right places. She went above and beyond to make sure I was completely in love with my dress every step of the way, right up until my wedding day. The entire experience was truly white-glove from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend to any bride looking for the perfect dress!

Cruz Bridal is absolutely incredible. I brought them my wedding dress after a previous tailor destroyed it and they worked extremely hard to help me fix it for my wedding day. I cannot thank them enough. They worked within my short time frame, were kind and compassionate, and helped me feel beautiful on my wedding day.
This place is big girl friendly ♥️ I didn't try in a dress I didn't love. They cater to you !
